DELHI HIGH COURT TO HEAR ICFAI APPEAL -  
STUDENTS’ INTERESTS PROTECTED  

The Institute of Chartered Financial Analysts of India (ICFAI) has filed an Appeal before the Hon’ble Division bench of Delhi High Court against the order of interim injunction dated 04.8.2006 granted by the Trial Court (Hon’ble Single Judge) in a suit filed by AIMR.

The Hon’ble Court while granting of injunction directed that,

“this order of injunction will not come into effect till the end of current Academic session of the CFA Programme run by ICFAI, nor will anything said herein will mean final expression of the opinion of the court”.

Presently, the interests of the students are well protected.

ICFAI firmly believes that it has strong grounds of Appeal and every chance of success before the Hon’ble Division Bench of the Delhi High Court. Notices have been issued in the appeal, and the appeal is likely to be heard and disposed off in the immediate future.
